HOW WE ARE HELPING
Indicated therapies are unique to each client we help. We base our recommendations for each client to their specific level of need that we feel will benefit them the most for an improved quality of life. We believe the gift of health involves time, commitment, patience, community, and determination.
Tackling the Issue
Most of our efforts pertaining to this cause involve the necessary recommendation of medication and vitamin infusions coupled with individual and group counseling. Quantitative and qualitative monitoring is also necessary in many of these scenarios due to the complexity of presenting conditions. Conditions that are of highest presentation include: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and Suicidal Ideations.
Making a Difference
We see every challenge as an opportunity, and this initiative helps us ensure that our clients are better prepared to manage the unique situations that may be presented with life experiences. We are invested in an innovative approach that empowers our community and delivers the support they need, when they need it. "Community Care" is a weekly empowerment group that is open to everyone seeking the need for skill building, relaxation techniques and learned coping mechanisms for a healthier daily life.
Doing What’s Needed
Through our Community Development, we have the potential to make a real and positive change in the community. This is one of our key areas of focus here at Community Change, and a source of much success for our Non-Profit Organization. We help individuals to become functional and return to the workforce, become volunteers, or become leading advocates for others suffering from treatment resistant conditions.
